PT Jatim Jaya Perkasa Repairs Simpang Keling Road, Enhancing Accessibility for Teluk Bano I Residents
Riau - Residents of Kepenghuluan Teluk Bano I, Bangko Pusako District, Rokan Hilir Regency, can now breathe a sigh of relief. PT Jatim Jaya Perkasa (JJP) has successfully completed the repair of the 8-kilometer Simpang Keling Road, which had previously posed a significant challenge to community accessibility.
The road repair project involved road hardening and the normalization of roadside drainage. With these improvements, the previously dilapidated road is now in better condition and suitable for various types of vehicles. This upgrade facilitates the transportation of oil palm plantation products to processing plants.
Local residents have warmly welcomed PT JJP's initiative to repair the road. The Simpang Keling Road had been in a state of disrepair for decades, making it difficult for the community to use. "We would also like to thank Regent Afrizal Sintong for his support in facilitating the repair of the Simpang Keling Road, making it accessible to our community," said Acting Head of Teluk Bano I, Misran SPd. MPd, when confirmed on Friday (25/10/2024).
Misran also expressed gratitude to the management of PT JJP, particularly Parlin S Panjaitan, for their positive response to the community's request. He also hopes that PT Jatim Jaya Perkasa can continue to support the Teluk Bano I Village Government, especially in the improvement of rural road infrastructure, which is in dire need of repair. "We hope that PT Jatim Jaya Perkasa will continue to support Kepenghuluan Teluk Bano I, particularly in road infrastructure development. We look forward to future collaborations between Kepenghuluan Teluk Bano I and PT Jatim Jaya Perkasa," he concluded.
