In November 2019, we developed and launched a grievance-handling mechanism.

Our grievance mechanisms ensure the engagement of all stakeholders to hold us accountable for maintaining fully sustainable practices. We promptly resolve various incoming grievances and are fully committed to maintaining their confidentiality. We emphasize mediation and dialogue, involving independent parties if necessary, to ensure a fair and unbiased resolution process.

3. Held a meeting with non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and the community on October 14, 2021. The forum agreed that the resolution of this agrarian case should involve the government and relevant agencies
4. The company submitted a revision of the Right to Use Land (HGU) to the Sambas Regency BPN on December 22, 2022
5. The revised HGU document has been issued. Areas not controlled by the company have been excluded from the HGU

We are committed to continuous improvement, guided by stakeholder feedback. If a supplier is found to be sourcing FFB from illegal origins, we will activate the termination clause of the sale and purchase agreement.

On August 30, 2023, we re-socialized our FFB suppliers about the company's sustainability policy
