To address this, we have implemented an automatic fire point monitoring system since 2020, covering a radius of 2 km. Detected fire points undergo field verification, firefighting, and immediate reporting to relevant authorities.

Recognizing the need for collective responsibility in addressing challenges related to wildfires, KPN Plantations actively participates in the Free Fire Alliance (FFA), a multi-stakeholder group dedicated to combating wildfires and reducing the haze issue.
