The well-being of our employees is our priority.

KPN Plantations places great emphasis on fostering a conducive and healthy work environment, grounded in the protection of human rights, to create collective well-being for all employees.

We have approximately 30,000 individuals who play pivotal roles in driving KPN Plantations towards better growth and development.

We prioritize the welfare of our employees greatly. We believe that employee well-being can generate a wealth of ideas and potential, leading to success for KPN Plantations.

Inclusive Workplace

We provide equal facilities and opportunities with a zero-tolerance policy towards discrimination based on ethnicity, religion, or gender for all our employees. We also provide additional benefits to employees, including housing, electricity, water, childcare, and education for school-aged children.

Occupational Safety, Health and Environment

We prioritize workplace safety by facilitating regular health check-ups for employees in high-risk areas, providing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and conducting regular HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) training. Our Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) policy complies with national laws and regulations as well as the International Labour Organization (ILO) guidelines.

Freedom of Association

We provide employees with the opportunity to participate in labour unions. We also support employees by regularly gathering feedback through Labour Unions and Bipartite Cooperation Institutions, which consist of company representatives and workers

Prohibition of Child Labor

KPN Plantations firmly prohibits child labour within our operational areas. In our recruitment policy, we ensure that no one under the age of 18 is employed. We also conduct awareness campaigns and provide information through notice boards. These efforts are undertaken recognizing the importance of education for children.
